Journaling is the throughline in all of my work, too. Beautifully said:

Journaling: Writing is the most significant therapeutic outlet for me. I write in a journal to express my thoughts, feelings, and memories; this often brings clarity. I review a gratitude journal I keep, which helps provide me with perspective during difficult times.

Progress requires reinvention. — Order follows chaos — Growth follows decay — Clarity follows overwhelm To become the type of person who can reach your highest goals, you must shed the old identities, beliefs, and habits that aren't serving you.

Intentional journal writing is: 1) Asking yourself potent questions 2) Daring to tell the truth about your experience 3) Getting insight & answers from your inner guidance It's a dialogue between you and YOU.

10 things you probably need to hear Act now Time is limited Stop trying to fit in Focus on your effort Focus on your attitude Pressure is a privilege Failure is a sign of growth Talent only takes you so far Confidence is earned not given Work even when you don't feel like it

Who will you be five years from now? Design it.

Everybody has plans for the future, but do we ever plan for our future selves? All entrepreneurs on X should have a 5-year business plan: - What business you are growing. - Where you are going to take it. - What that will look like. But I wonder what would happen if we did the same with our personalities. Almost everyone wants to be a better version of themselves, but I don't know anyone who creates a Persona Plan, mapping out exactly how they would do this or what that looks like.

Gratitude is my go-to for instant perspective shift:
Gratitude isn't: - some forced expression of positivity - pretending everything's perfect - ignoring the truth I've learned that gratitude is a decision: - where you came from was enough - what you have now is more than enough - where you're going, you will be enough

You're not a perfectionist. You're afraid of... A) Not being good enough B) What other people will think C) Making mistakes that you can't undo D) Critical combo platter of all of the above

Let's normalize reinvention. Things change. Why wouldn't we? How are you reinventing yourself now?

Right now, my own reinvention feels more like a pivot back to my true self.

Dare to show up and share.
Write terrible tweets. Create bad art. Break things. Fight your perfectionism. Doing something poorly > doing nothing at all.

What if you're not a perfectionist? You're just scared. Then what?
