Last night, Council recognized Lisa Guillette, executive director of @FosterForward, for her more than 20 years of service and leadership in our community. Lisa's work as a champion for foster children and adolescents aging out of the system led to her being named the 2025 Rhode Island Woman of the Year by USA Today. It was our honor to host her at City Hall for this well-deserved citation!
