• Cut the sLIQ allocation from 30% to 20% of WTF fees (after discounts), split 50/50 between staking rewards and LIQ burns
• Cap treasury-funded LIQ at 250,000 per month
• Raise holder discount tiers 18×, counting sLIQ in full and LIQ at 50%
