LIQUID DRIVER + ENNEAD = ABACUS 🧮
If you've been living under a rock, LIQUID DRIVER is going to merge with ENNEAD to form @AbacusFi. Both projects are at the top of the ve(3,3) wrapper game and this merger would only benefit their users including me of course! 🤣

Ahoy there pirates! 🏴☠️
There’s been a lot of rumour and conjecture lately about mergers and what not so we’d like to give you an official but brief run down of what the future holds for Liquid Driver 🌊
🤝In order to maximise our resources both in terms of protocol holdings and development capacity, we will be merging with Ennead to form an exciting new protocol called “Abacus”.
🧮Abacus will be very similar to how Liquid Driver operates at the moment i.e the core product will be liquid wrappers using the ‘live’ model (liveTHE, liveRetro etc) with revenue share to qLQDR holders.
💪Merging with our friends at Ennead is a perfect fit as they already operate liquid wrappers for Ramses on Arbitrum, Cleo on Mantle and Pharoah on Avalanche.
These wrappers (neadRAM, neadCLEO and neadPHAR) will switch to the ‘live’ model meaning that Abacus will have 5 strong core wrappers (not counting the upcoming LYNEX wrapper!) and full development resources behind it.
🗨️In terms of our social channels, we will be merging our Discord, Telegram and X.com account into the Abacus brand with all moderators transitioning to Abacus as well.
We have lots of wonderful memories in our socials so you will also be glad to know that it will still be all the same faces helping with queries as you have with Liquid Driver.
❓What does this mean for current qLQDR and liveWrapper holders? Nothing for the time being :) There will be some development work as we transition to the Abacus brand and you will continue earning as normal while all of this takes place.
Please also be assured that the merging of resources will only benefit existing stakers with no fundamental changes taking place to your existing holdings.
💙We hope this comes as good news to all of our community and while it is sad to leave our current branding behind, a bright new future awaits in the form of Abacus and we can’t wait for you to come along with us!
Our partners at Ennead have written this Medium Article for their community explaining the path forward for them which you may also find useful. Have a great day!
