@Niva_Bupa need to post this to IRDAI, when you need us to take insurance you are always calling and contacting when we need to claim you disappear for months and delay claims for months
@Niva_Bupa Regd - Case ID 22949399 | Claim ID 1963751.. how long will you keep making us go through this ordeal .. from September, this is real cheating, even the customer care and grievence ppl just ask to upload it all over again, pushing time endlessly
@Niva_Bupa the claims always just keep pushing date, this has happened multiple times. Verification was done in person too, the only update was page numbers so not sure why dates keeping pushing for review.
@Niva_Bupa From September what verification happened then? It was verified over phone multiple times, then in person, delayed endlesslessy and now after again telling just to upload few pages, this again, to give bills which was given multiple times.This is unacceptable #nivabupa

@Niva_Bupa the team has still not contacted for the issue.. the dates keep pushing. This is our second claim and it's frustrating to keep following up. Claim id 1963751.. how many times to raise the issue. This is painful for any customer #nivabupa #insurance
