It’s obviously completely equal, with the Exception of Solo Goals. They go Hand in Hand usually. You can play a Sidepass and your Teammate scores from 30 Yards, but you can also play a 30 Yard Pass infront of the empty Goal for a Tap-In. Both can hold more weight in a Situation.

I think we should stop this G/A gimmick in football. 1 goal and 5 assist should not carry thesame weight as 5 goals 1 assist. Goals and assists are important but they shouldn't be treated as equal contributions. The funniest part is that the whole G/A agenda started when Ronaldo was dominating the goal-scoring charts by ridiculous margin btw.😂😭

The Idea, that scoring certain Shots is harder isn’t a Counter Argument, because many Assist are way harder to execute, than the Shot that results from them.
