No player has ever “bought in” because a coach demanded it or asked for it.
A player buys in for their reasons, not the coach’s. Demanding buy in never works.
To earn buy in, the player must believe and understand how it serves their self-interest.
A little golf practice on the range at #OsageView. It’s an awesome resource for your players and a phenomenal facility!
