Are you an early-stage founder? You’ve built the utility. You’re putting in the work. You’re developing, shipping updates and trying to get people to pay attention. Yet nothing seems to be working. Nobody cares. Nobody is paying attention. And you’re beginning to wonder what you’re missing. Here’s something worth understanding: People don’t care as much about your utility as you think they do. >> One of the biggest mistakes I see early-stage founders make is putting almost all their attention into building the utility while neglecting the ecosystem around it. The truth is, in Web3, people aren’t necessarily betting on your utility alone. ‼️ They’re betting on the strength of your ecosystem, the network you’re building, the people behind it and the potential they see in its future. Your utility might solve a problem today, but what does the bigger picture look like? Who is going to use it? Who is going to support it? What opportunities will the ecosystem create? Where is the project headed? And why should anyone want to be part of that journey? These are questions your community should be able to find answers to. Don’t just build something useful and expect people to magically gather around it. While you’re building the product, build the ecosystem. Give people something to believe in, something to participate in and a vision they can see themselves being part of. Because a promising utility without a compelling ecosystem can easily become another promising project nobody cares about. Build the utility. But don’t neglect the movement around it.
ARE YOU AN EARLY-STAGE FOUNDER STRUGGLING TO BUILD THE RIGHT COMMUNITY AROUND YOUR PROJECT? > C’mon here’s how to start building the community you envision. Before you think about marketing, raids, collaborations, moderators or growing your Telegram members, there are three fundamental questions you need to answer. > Where do you wish to go? > How do you intend to get there? > Who can help you get there? I recently watched a video by Leon Aboud discussing how to build a successful NFT brand. One framework he introduced caught my attention. He called it VET. Vision. Execution. Team. I believe these three elements are just as important when building a successful Web3 project and, more importantly, the community around it. Using a gaming ecosystem as an example let’s break it down 1. VISION - Where do you wish to go? This is where many projects get it wrong. They launch a token, create a Telegram group, start posting on X and immediately begin looking for ways to attract attention. But where exactly are they going? Let’s imagine you’re building a gaming discovery platform designed to bring different blockchain games together. Your vision isn’t simply to launch another gaming token. You want to become a platform where players can discover new games, developers can showcase their products, and gaming communities can find an ecosystem they genuinely want to participate in. That’s a different direction. Having this clarity helps you identify what matters to the brand and what doesn’t. Instead of chasing vanity metrics & trends, you can focus your resources on building toward a clearly defined destination. 2. EXECUTION : How do you intend to get there? Having a vision is one thing, Knowing how to bring it to life is another If your goal is to become a gaming discovery ecosystem, what needs to happen to make that vision a reality? You might need: • A functional discovery platform where players can explore different games. • An onboarding system that makes discovering and trying games easy. • Partnerships with game developers. • A system for gathering player feedback and improving the experience. • A distribution strategy that puts the platform in front of the right audience. Notice something? Every execution decision should connect back to the vision. You don’t just build features because they’re trending. You build what moves the project closer to its destination. And this applies to community building too. Your community strategy should support the product’s direction, not exist as a separate activity designed merely to keep a Telegram group busy. 3. TEAM : Who can help you get there? A vision needs execution, and execution requires the right people. Ask yourself: Who has the technical skills to build the product? Who understands the gaming industry? Who can establish partnerships with developers? Who understands marketing, positioning and distribution? And who can build the systems that turn early users into an actual community? You don’t necessarily need a massive team. You need the right people, with clearly defined responsibilities, working towards the same destination. This is where community building becomes much easier to approach. When you understand your vision, execution requirements and the people needed to make it happen, you can identify the kind of community your project actually needs. You stop chasing random members and start attracting people who have a reason to believe in what you’re building. > Vision gives your project direction. > Execution turns that direction into reality. > Team brings together the people and skills required to make it happen. And community becomes the network of people who participate in, contribute to and believe in that journey. You cannot expect people to believe in a destination you haven’t clearly defined yourself.

I might have just found a Trading AI agent that’s perfect for me… I’m someone who takes risk management seriously. I don’t just jump into trades; I prefer to wait for a little dip before buying in. Avoiding unnecessary losses is always a priority. While scrolling through X today, I came across @MojoAI_HQ. What caught my attention is that it allows me to create an AI trading agent tailored to my personal trading strategy. I can set my own approach, let the agent analyse and execute trades based on my instructions, and make the whole process faster and more efficient. Another thing I love is the seamless transaction experience. Deposits, sending and transfers are fast and easy to navigate. Now I can chat with my AI agent, work around my trading strategy and make my trading experience a lot easier. Definitely something worth exploring. Come join me You’re invited to Mojo Invest with taste mode. Invite code: RTKR mojo.trade/download-en/?code…

It’s the beginning of a new month and I want to take the time to say, THANK YOU. To everyone who has been by my side, supported me, encouraged me, and given me room to grow, I appreciate you. To every single person who has given me an opportunity to learn, improve, and become better at what I do. And to every developer who has trusted me with an opportunity to build alongside them, thank you for believing in what I bring to the table. October wasn’t the best month, there were challenges, lessons and moments that don’t go as planned But I have achieved a lot, made connections, and opportunities I won’t take for granted. Here’s to November. More connections, more execution, and more progress.

“This part confused me” can be more useful than a hundred fire emojis. Playtests and thoughtful feedback help creators see what they’ve missed. That’s the kind of community we want around WEBQ3. Builders: what’s one piece of feedback that made your game better?

Gaming ecosystems shouldn’t just be about giving people more games to play. There’s an opportunity to connect the people behind the games with the people who play them. Creators need visibility, players need discovery, and good games need communities that keep them alive. That’s the direction @WebQ3Gaming is building towards. The game is only one part of the ecosystem. 🎮
Behind every game is somebody who kept showing up. We want WEBQ3 to help players discover more than a title: the creator, the process, and what comes next. That’s why creator profiles are part of the platform we’re developing. Who’s an indie builder more people should know?
