📢 Important Update for Linear Builders & Stakers We have been laser-focused on our PerpDEX recently, but we haven’t forgotten about our Builders & Stakers on the Synthetic Platform. We’re taking action to support you in managing your P-Ratio and avoiding liquidations. What’s Happening? Market conditions have caused many accounts to drop below the 350 P-Ratio required for rewards, with some even below 200, putting them at risk of liquidation. This has increased LUSD demand, pushing its price above $1, making it difficult for users to restore their accounts. At the same time, liquidations—necessary for system health—aren’t functioning properly, as they need to be profitable to execute. What We’re Doing About It: ✅ Supporting the peg to keep LUSD within ~10% of $1 for stability ✅ Pausing liquidations for 7 days to give users time to adjust ✅ After 7 days, liquidations will resume to protect the overall health of the protocol ✅ If liquidated, you’ll lose $LINA equal to what’s needed to restore a 350 P-Ratio, plus a 15% liquidation fee What You Need to Do: If your P-Ratio is low, take action now. You must restore it to 350—just getting above 200 won’t be enough to avoid liquidation. We hope this gives you the breathing room to adjust and secure your account.
