Rep. Randy Fine's FEMA graphic lists St. Johns County's Hurricane Nicole and Hurricane Debby management-cost awards at the same $922,321.18.
FEMA's records show they are separate projects. Nicole PW 680 is $922,321.18. Debby PW 706 is $164,828.86.
The $757,492.32 difference exactly explains why the 14 amounts printed on the graphic add to more than its headline.
Fine's $7,696,742.09 headline total is correct. FEMA's records reconcile to it exactly once the Debby line uses FEMA's $164,828.86 figure.
