Ekibime birkaç ay önce katılan çok çalışkan bir kız var. İş yükümü gerçekten hafifletti. Geçen hafta benden ayda bir gün regl izni istedi. Elbette kabul ettim. Hatta hakkını araması da çok hoşuma gitti. Dün ilk iznini kullandı. Bugün daha bir şevkle çalışıyor ve çok mutlu görünüyordu, arkadaşlarını arayıp “ben regl izni kullanıyorum” diye haber vermiş 🙂 “Kadın patronla çalışmak ne güzelmiş” dedi ve teşekkür etti, çok mutlu oldum elbette. Bazı kadınların regl dönemleri çok ağır geçiyor. Belki farkındalık olur diye paylaşıyorum.
