One showed respect despite his pain. The other couldn't even stay awake.

How dare you, Congressman. My husband enlisted in the Army and put his life on the line for our country after losing his friend, Todd Ouida, in the towers on 9/11. This is a despicable lie to the people of Michigan about what that day means to me and my family, the sacrifices made, and the devastating impact of that attack on our country.
I have never, and would never, campaign with anyone who says something so reprehensible.
If you have any decency, you will immediately take down this false ad. The veterans and families who lost loved ones on 9/11 deserve better than your lies and self-serving political opportunism.

This should be an easy bipartisan issue with broadly popular support and something that would help safeguard our democracy.
Even if it’s just banning using generative AI likenesses of other candidates in political ads.
It’s not free speech.
It’s fraud.

There is value for the purposes of history to let future generations know that there were people alive in these times that stood up to Trump and the graft, crime, and disagreeable messaging against minorities. We as a country did make efforts to convince Republicans to ditch him.

If a Democrat wins the White House in the 2028 election right around January 20th 2029 Republican will once again care about the deficit. Only they will never advocate for higher taxes to increase payments for the debt, or cuts to defense spending, only cuts to social programs
