Rolling hips & getting extension in the run game isnโt optimal.

One thing was true after Pre Testing this year. The 7 athletes that used @SHREDmillSpeed before coming to XPE (and half were in high school still!), where all in the top of the Pre Tests for ground speed against top of top WRs and DBs from college. THIS. CAN. BE. SIMPLE.

For youth, it all starts with being able to get in an athletic position, and master the posture and recruitment of that athletic position.
From the athletic position, Iโd build out specific OL stances and work takeoff/departure, moving them in multiple directions.
I'd work ground-up fundamentals and getting them to control their body at a high volume more than doing "drills."
