No fact will be more profoundly disappointing to me than that some people will destroy the real world and fellow humans for imaginary money.

Ken Paxton is selling off Texas ā our land, our water, our communities.
Data centers bankroll Paxton, they get tax breaks, and you get stuck with the bill.
We canāt afford Ken Paxtonās corruption.

This is the sweaty tub of shit that produced a fake Ai phone call recording to libel and slander James Talarico, and he should be sued into oblivion
Frankš¦F retweeted
The person who faked the phone call about James Talarico claims he worked for the Trump campaign and now is "being onboarded" at DHS.
Nick Sorter amplified it, knowing it was a lie.
Elon Musk is letting this lie stand.
Frankš¦F retweeted
Nick Sortor, with 1.6 MILLION followers, promoted a 47-second phone recording claiming James Talarico was hospitalized in Ohio.
Then the FULL six-minute recording surfaced.
The hospital denied Talarico was ever a patient.
This is why we need accountability for viral misinformation.
Talarico needs to sue this man for everything he has along with any social media platform that allowed this to happen.
Who agrees?
šØ BREAKING: MAGA's conspiracy theory about James Talarico has been officially DEBUNKED.
Lindner Center of Hope has revealed Talarico never received treatment from the facility.
Frankš¦F retweeted
Yes.
Both @jamestalarico and @LindnerCtrHope have legal cases here.
Clear cut defamation where someone:
1) Fabricated information.
2) Edited it using AI.
3) Attempted to defame.
Talarico wonāt get much in damages because itās hard to show a dollar impact here.
BUT the Lindner Center could sue for TENS of MILLIONS.
They could easily show how the claim that a confidential medical facility leaking HIPPA protected information would damage patient registration, donations, fees, etc.
And the dummies who did this, made a publicly documented paper trail and doubled down on it when called out.
This is about as clear cut of a defamation case as you get.
And that doesnāt even get into both the state and federal charges related to fraud here.
Replying to @adamscochran
Can Talarico sue? Not sure a smart thing to do before election but does he have a case?

Here is the dream team behind the fake story that Talarico secretly went to an Ohio mental health center.
Nick Sortor has an open warrant for his arrest back home in Kentucky for violating probation.
He was convicted of driving while intoxicated, harassing a police officer, stalking a woman, kidnapping her dog, and sexually assaulting her, among other crimes.

Pay attention to what they are trying to do. Before they were calling Talarico weird and a freak, now they are desperately trying to call him crazy and incapable with fake AI. Dirtiest campaigning I've seen in Texas a d just the start of this B.S.

The controversies surrounding the senate race in Texas is never ending. Just look!
Talarico:
⢠Disproven rumor about him being vegan.
⢠Disproven rumor about a mental breakdown.
Paxton:
⢠Gave an Epstein style sweetheart deal to his friend, a self admitted pedophile.
⢠Indicted on fraud charges.
⢠Impeached by his own party for corruption.
⢠Stole a $1,000 pen and refused to give it back until threatened with legal action.
⢠Multiple mistresses and extra marital affairs.
⢠May have illegally voted in local elections, after charging others for the same crime.
⢠Spent $10 million of our tax dollars on luxury vacations and billed them as work expenses.
⢠Owns 15 homes on a government salary of $175,000/year.
⢠Committed mortgage fraud, listing three different properties as primary residence to obtain favorable loans.
⢠Fired four employees for being whistleblowers on his corruption. Forced to pay $6 million of our tax dollars to settle their lawsuits.
⢠Hundreds of blank workdays per year, extensive global travel when he should be on the clock.
⢠Increased reliance on outside high cost private counsel, many of which were his donors.

Iām ok. Make no mistake: this is an attempt to target political enemies and weaponize federal law enforcement. For ten years, Trump has targeted me with baseless lies and smear campaigns. This is just the latest escalation in his campaign of political intimidation.
I will not be silenced.

This is not a trick: spooky season is taking over parks and rec centers across our city this month, from free haunted houses and pumpkin patches to Mad Science demonstrations and arts and crafts.

I ran FoxNews.com for a decade, and this pains me to write.
Kimberly Guilfoyle, former Fox employee and (as of today) ambassador to Greece, is in the midst of a serious scandal. If true, she faces not only the likelihood of removal -- something she herself acknowledged -- but also the distinct possibility of prison.
Fox has 0 reporting online about this.
The most recent article at Fox mentioning her is dated December 10, 2024 ... the day Trump announced her nomination as ambassador.
Fox's sister company -- the WSJ -- has done a great job leading the reporting on this. The allegations are substantive, sourced, and paint a picture of a U.S. diplomat wallowing like a pig in a trough.
The network has served America well, and I have defended it against hyperbolic charges for nearly 30 years.
And to be clear, this isn't a simple "mistake" by Fox. It's not a biased headline or muddled article.
It's a conscious choice to ignore a major story that has been reported worldwide by every major news outlet. President Trump has spoken about it, as has VP Vance and Marco Rubio.
It's journalistic malpractice.
I don't have knowledge of the details of Fox's action, yet I doubt that there's been an order from up top to ignore it. I suspect it's instead a product of fear and inaction by middle management. Whatever the reason, though, it's an increasing pattern I've seen at the network.
To those of you at Fox with any power -- from Lachlan on down -- know that things like this only harm the company's reputation. Not among your enemies, who will hate you no matter what, but among your supporters, like me, who get pained when the hyperbolic attacks turn out to be true.

She is a TRAITOR to the U.S. and loyal to GENOCIDAL Israel. What a disgrace!
Q: Do you know how many Americans the Israeli military has killed in the past 20 months?
@SenSusanCollins: "I am pro-Israel."

We can burn the American flag, but yelling fuck Israel is a problem? Iām with him! Get rid of all those Zio traitors in Congress.
Wisconsin Green party candidate Matthew Arndt:
āFuck Israel, fuck the Israeli lobby, and fuck the neocons. You & everyone voting for politicians who want to merge our military with Israelās are traitors.ā
He was arrested for disorderly conduct and a āhate crime.ā
Saying āfuck Israelā is not a hate crime just like saying fuck America is not a hate crime either. His speech criticized a genocidal government, not a group of people.
What happened to the first amendment? Free speech in the United States is dead. Another mass casualty caused by Israel.
she was going door to door telling residents that they were under no obligation to open their doors to homeland security without a warrant. that is their CONSTITUTIONAL right and our community members deserve to know that
