That means looking at acquisition, retention, partnerships, distribution, regional expansion, user onboarding and more. I've helped projects grow communities, improve engagement and reach specific milestones by putting strategies into execution. ——————————————————————— 𝗠𝗔𝗥𝗞𝗘𝗧𝗜𝗡𝗚 This is where strategy, KOLs, distribution and brand awareness come in. I've managed KOLs across different regions and worked on different marketing strategies over the years, each built around a specific goal. Having 50 people post your project isn't automatically a marketing strategy. You need the right people, the right audience, the right timing and proper execution. I've also represented projects, introduced products to communities and contributed to ecosystem growth. I focus on making sure every marketing effort has a clear purpose and contributes to the bigger goal. That's the lane I've built for myself in Web3. I don't claim to be the best at everything.
