Here is what I think happens:
Robinhood chain probably still has some room to run - but looks way less asymmetric from here.
People foam at their unrealized Pnls but realize there is no liquidity.
Insiders hold on public wallets, but cash out via side wallets, marketing fees, and other methods to buy homes.
Ecosystem crashes and only 0.2% of wallets are profitable.
99.8% of people were better off buying real assets like $BTC and $HYPE.
Who would have thought.

the midterms question:
bull - trump will try to regain the crypto vote via any means necessary. he will parrot the SBR. he will shill coins (mostly the tickers that Barron whispers to him, h/t @mtndrew). he will say the clarity act is a priority, and that cftc/sec will be friendly to projects. neobanks, stable infra, payment rails galore. he will pull off one final rug - the final chopper out of the chains and into his pockets.
bear - crypto holders' BATNA is a dem regime that will slaughter their coins. trump doesn't need to say anything for them to not defect. the dems are almost certainly going to win one, if not both chambers. crypto legislation will be a quagmire for the next 2y, and anything the cftc/sec enacts will simply be undone in 2029.
am still thinking thru this but wanted to blast initial impressions. the 4y cycle question is another layer of nuance on top

BREAKING: Yemen's Houthis have struck a Saudi commercial ship, Tihamah, with multiple missile in the Bab el-Mandeb Strait, killing 3 crew members, including 2 Pakistani nationals and 1 Indonesian, per Reuters.
This is the first time crew members have been killed in a Houthi strike on a ship since the Iran war started.
The ship received multiple impacts back-to-back, with a massive hole in the control tower, which is still burning.
