House of Blues Chicago canceled Jewish artist Matisyahu's sold-out show after threats of protests. Yet it has no problem platforming rapper Saint Levant (aka Marwan Abdelhamid), who publicly praised those responsible for the violent attacks on Israeli soccer fans in Amsterdam, thanking Moroccans "for what they did the other day" and saying they were "taking care of business", remarks he later reinforced on social media. That's not consistency. It's a blatant double standard. Shame on you, @HOBChicago. You're sending a clear message about which artists are welcome and which Jews are not.
