A picnic in the park. A family beach trip. A weekend heatwave.
Small summer moments we take for granted. However for those with light sensitivity they can cause anxiety and discomfort.
More research is needed to understand the physical symptoms of sun and heat sensitivity.

Drivers say dazzling headlights problem is getting worse
The latest RAC driver survey published today revealed that 94% of the 1,745 respondents get dazzled by the headlights of oncoming vehicles. media.rac.co.uk/too-bright-t…
Brake lights are also a problem, with four-in-10 drivers (38%) saying they get dazzled by the brake lights of vehicles in front of them. In addition, a quarter of drivers with adaptive driving beam systems think they increase the risk of dazzle to other road users.
Almost all drivers want to see something done, with 87% supportive of the Government’s plan to conduct more research into the issue and the same proportion wanting changes to headlight regulations to improve the situation.
