12 years ago today I saved my wife’s life by making the choice to end my daughter’s. @arhennrich had a placental abruption and I had to make a split second decision to abort Addison and save Amber. If lawyers would have been needed to be consulted before care was given Amber would be dead and I wouldn’t have Braydon and Brynlee. Proper available reproductive care creates my family. I will do everything I can to make sure that choice is available to all who need it. No one is pro-abortion, but being pro-choice is the true way to be pro-life. #BodilyAutonomy is about allowing patients and their families make decisions with medical providers based on their situation. We must restore Federal protections for all to see their DR without interference. If you agree or disagree please share our story. Being open is the only way we can have a discussion on topics like this.
Not even a full week later the Georgia Supreme Court put a hold on the lower courts decision allowing the immoral 6-week ban to go back into effect. nbcnews.com/news/amp/rcna174…

Abortion "after birth" is not a thing. Anti-abortion politicians often tell lies to try and demonize abortion providers and abortion later in pregnancy, but we know the truth. We must support abortion providers and people who need abortion care later in pregnancy.
The #presidentialdebate2024 turns to the question of abortion.
The voters in the state support abortion rights. Including Louisiana. 53% of voters in Louisiana want our constitution to protect abortion rights.
#Project2025 actually does call for “abortion surveillance” It calls for the CDC to collect data on people who have abortions, or pregnancy complications requiring states to report (pg 455)

If you want to see the future of GOP governance, look no further than what Jeff Landry is doing in Louisiana. I spent time with the governor to understand the roots of his crusade to change the state — and the nation. rollingstone.com/politics/po… @RollingStone

Thank you Robert Mann. This is so good. Rooted in facts, and the clearest depiction of the political landscape in Louisiana as it relates to reproductive healthcare. What a read! Thank you ❤️

This is the most disgraceful attack that the LA Right to Life has pushed. We will not be silent as they push their lies and dismiss Kaitlyn’s experience and the experience of countless others that have been impacted by this dangerous abortion ban.

.@davantelewis, Louisiana's first openly gay elected state official, is speaking against LA's version of the "don't say gay" bill. "This is the first time I’ve ever talked about being gay at this dais, in any committee," he said. "But I feel a responsibility." #lalege #lagov
This confirms the polling results we got in early April. And #lalege still opposed changes to the law that voters clearly support. #VoteThemAllOut
🚨NEW: The 2023 @LSU survey finds a *majority* of people in Louisiana *support* abortion rights.
