I had to go walk around and behind this to get my son to his dad across 17th Ave and actually felt more unsafe than I ever have in Calgary. It’s ridiculous and infuriating that we can’t walk in peace and safety down the street in our own neighborhood. @JyotiGondek

1/4 I spoke with Beltline residents & businesses this morning. I was in the Beltline this afternoon. The weekly disruption this community faces is not a “protest”. It’s a parade. At Central Memorial Park, it’s a festival with merch & food vendors. Yet no permits or licenses.

They literally don’t listen to the recommendations to get vaccinated… you think they’re listening to a 10 day isolation requirement. 😂

Replying to @CBCCalgary
Unvaccinated people who test positive for COVID must still isolate for a full 10 days.

A #RemembranceDay🧵. The email arrived out of the blue last Feb. “Good afternoon, ma’am. How are you? My name is Stephen Ferry. You and I met in Afghanistan in 2008 when you joined my platoon…If it helps jog your memory, I was the medic.”

I gutted my closet and want to build in @ikea #paxwardrobe units but my dad and boyfriend are telling me that I need to do flooring first. 1. I want the units to be permanent and look like custom built-ins. 2. The floor is more than likely going to be a smaller marble tile. WWYD?

Hey, @RobBreakenridge, I am searching for the clip of your interview with Mayor Gondek this past Friday. Specifically her response regarding her stance on oil and gas. Can you direct me?
