Trump is moving to disqualify Ilhan Omar and demand her resignation after reports her real name is Ilhan Nur Said Elmi.
She allegedly used a fake identity to get elected and sworn in, and faces longstanding claims she married her brother.
If true she never legally qualified for the seat, the Democrats have conceded it, and she faces immediate removal plus fraud charges.

Under federal law, only citizens may vote in federal elections. Yet California has not acted on the list of 20,000 suspected noncitizens or agreed to set aside their ballots.
