Add to that the current Chief Justice retiring in October and possible regime change in the U.S. in November tells you that the foundation this current system is standing on will completely shatter soon. It is under this backdrop that you must understand any chaos is required to muddy the narrative and create confusion. The best course of action for the people would be patience for just a few more months. Systems require money to function, when the money dries up, systems tend to collapse.
