I just found out today that one of my students beat up a teacher about six weeks ago, and the administration didn’t think it was important enough to tell the rest of us.

In early June, the Orange County, FL school district proposed a substantial pay increase for teachers and offered a $750 bonus for each teacher if the contract was finalized by June 24. The corrupt teacher’s union @orange_cta just flat out rejected it and didn’t even come back with a counteroffer. So here we are, four months later with no pay increase, and no $750 bonus that teachers, especially those just starting out, could have used to help pay bills. The union does not care about teachers. They only care about supporting their left-wing political causes. Meanwhile teachers are suffering and struggling, and for the life of me, I cannot understand why they keep paying dues to this money-laundering racket.

Most of the best teachers I know have non education degrees. Most of the worst teachers I know have education degrees.
Children can’t just decide what gender they want to be. Teachers and parents can’t assign their genders either. God assigns your gender. Stop the abuse!

Too many public school teachers ignore signs of mental health struggles in students, such as homosexual or trans ideation, and in many cases they encourage this self-destructive behavior by placing pride flags on their classroom doors. This is why we have so many mental health issues with young adults today.
What teachers should do is speak up. Talk to counselors, parents, the administration, and do evrything possible to help these children.
In my forthcoming book, Inside America's Public Schools, I devote two chapters to the mental health struggles of students in public schools.

There’s no such thing as a trans child. It’s a Mental illness with behavior that many adults, especially teachers, encourage.
We need to take the mental health of our children and teenagers seriously, provide treatment early, and stop waiting until a young person is in crisis.
Early intervention can change the course of a life.
