Could someone ask @RepMarkWalker why he blocked me a couple of weeks ago? I really have no idea, yet he’s asking to be my US Senator. Quieting dissent and opposing positions may be his idea of running for office, but it only shows his “my way or the highway” philosophy.

1/2 Putting aside that this trial is taking place after Trump has left office because McConnell refused to call the Senate into session prior to the inauguration and McConnell just voted to declare the trial unconstitutional because Trump is out of office, my question is.........
2/2 when is the cutoff? Can a lame duck President get away with absolutely anything 2 weeks, 3 weeks, a month before leaving office simply because the clock runs out?
