When I talk about Hoboken's land use being a disaster, this is what I have in mind. Yes, it's better than the suburbs, but this is not nearly dense enough that close to PATH. jerseydigs.com/425-newark-stā¦

ā¢Ā Robotaxi is ~80% of Tesla's enterprise value (down from ~90% in ARK's 2029 model)
ā¢Ā ~8.1M robotaxis deployed, with ~$753B in ride-hail revenue
ā¢Ā Total revenue of ~$1.45T and EBITDA of ~$902B
ā¢Ā Market cap of ~$17.5T
ā¢Ā Tesla's AI infrastructure spend grows from ~$7B to $225B cumulatively
ARK's 2031 Tesla bull case: $5,000/share
ā¢Ā EV revenue (excluding credits): $355B
ā¢Ā Robotaxis: 10M vehicles and $899B in ride-hail revenue

6/ Remarkably, when we reconstructed the image using neural activity from one of the states, it looked exactly like the conscious face, and when we did the same from the other half of time, it looked exactly like the suppressed face. This means that just from neural activity, we can reconstruct in rich detail not only something that you consciously perceive, but also something that escapes your awareness.

University of Chicago Students to Protest at Chicago Mercantile Exchange, Demand End to Federal Ban on Onion Futures
Student-led group For Our Futures will rally Monday morning to call for repeal of the 1958 Onion Futures Act
On Monday, October 19, at 8:30 a.m., members of For Our Futures, a student-led organization from @UChicago, will gather outside the Chicago Mercantile Exchange (@CMEGroup) headquarters to demand the repeal of the Onion Futures Act of 1958, a nearly 70-year-old federal law prohibiting futures trading in onions.
The Onion Futures Act, enacted following allegations of market manipulation in the 1950s, singled out onions for a prohibition on futures contracts that remains in effect today. For Our Futures is calling on Congress to repeal the ban and restore the ability of onion growers, buyers, and traders to participate in a regulated futures market. Onions remain the only commodity banned from futures trading in the United States.
The protest will feature a giant inflatable onion costume, protest signs, and dozens of students, and will take place outside the headquarters of CME Group, one of the world's largest derivatives marketplaces and the historic center of American onion futures trading.

Incidentally, while the safety benefits of AVs are clearly real I also donāt particularly want to argue it on that terrain ā as long as they arenāt *less safe* the point is that more options for consumers is good.
