it's a friday night. somewhere near you a queer woman is deciding whether to go out. open the app and see who's around.
check in at an event and you can see who else did. walking in alone feels different when you know a few people in there are on lezfindr too.
Dec. 3: Washington's I-638 takes effect. girls will need a doctor to verify their sex to play school sports.
Gender Justice League: "If there is an avenue, we will challenge this ballot measure in court."
update: Colorado passed Prop 134 too. all four states that voted on trans students passed their measures.
Prop 135, a ban on gender-related surgery for minors, passed too.

representation is where accountability starts. here's how to be heard by your member of Congress.
find them: house.gov / senate.gov
or call the Capitol switchboard: (202) 224-3121

18 out LGBTQ+ members confirmed. a thread with fun facts, from their own websites:
Hungary voted 139-51 to cut the anti-LGBTQ provisions from Orbán's "child protection" law.

hosts post their own nights to the Events tab. we don't list anyone and we don't scrape anything. if it's on there, someone in your city put it there for you.
the lesbians are staying. so are the queer women.
2 governors, 3 members of Congress, 2 state reps, all reelected.
we're not a trend. we're the incumbents.
the ballot didn't only vote against us.
VA: voted to remove marriage ban (57%)
VT: equal protection incl. gender identity (~80%)
MO: abortion + trans care ban rejected (55%+ no)
$183M on anti-trans TV ads this cycle.
$58M in one Texas Senate race.
the candidate they targeted won.
fear is expensive. in Texas, it still lost.
