Elon,
Using aid to children as false pretense to conceil unconscionable graft is not unique to USAID. In British Columbia, we spend $221,000/yr or $600+/day per children in care by the province of BC.
To put things in perspective, $600/day would afford them a 5 star Caribean vacation year round.
70% of the children in care in BC are indigenous.
The relatives of these children in care know very well that they are not getting that kind of value for the money spent.
The graft in BC associated with children in care has increased by more than 32% in the last two years.

Short answer: I don't see a price range.
I'm a different kind of financial analyst. I don't do valuations, price targets, or comps. That's Wall Street's business, and they're better at it than I am. It's also a mode of thinking that traps investors in loss aversion.
What I do instead is track changes in the fundamentals and assess them as positive, negative, neutral, or uncertain. This approach stays disconnected from market price action, which is my best answer to loss aversion: a buy or sell decision motivated mainly by price.
Example: after Nike’s last 10-K, the company appointed a new director, Mr. Arnault. The question is whether that development is fundamentally positive for NKE. You can run that through an AI. I did it in Grok, and it laid out a clear way to assess the change. Screenshots below.
Monitoring fundamental changes allows you to distinguish good buy opportunities from value traps.
So what $NKE is worth is not a question I try to answer. Instead: When will the trailing fundamental changes (margin of safety) and forward-looking prospects inflects upward?
Today my answer is not now, but $NKE is not ignoring its problems and seems to take actions to remedy them.
Back to Mr. Arnault's board appointment, Grok provided a sound opinion.

It was USAID money that propped-up the Lula government and sabotaged Jair Bolsonaro. Now that money is cut off, the blatant US Democrat foreign influence in the @MarkJCarney regime is embezzling Canadian tax revenues to replace the flows from USAID.
The second round of Brazilian election is coming up in a few weeks and Flavio Bolsonaro, son of Jair, appears to be leading.
Canada is likely interfering in Brazilian election by pledging $125 million, thus actively sabotaging the USA 2025 National Security Strategy and the 2026 National Defense Strategy. Canada is not a partner, it's an adversary to the USA.

In British Columbia, there's evidence that the US Military identification was added to the list of acceptable photo ID for the BC proof of vaccination.
This suggests some form of connection or collaboration between BC public health and the US military
Please inform @SenRonJohnson research staff to look into this.

And then stress-tested the next six months against the observed changes in 20-F filings (Part II):
redlineresearch.substack.com…
What showed up:
1 - Governance + capital allocation. Zero 2025 incentive payout and a 93% pay vote, against a €10B net-debt swing, a hybrid bond, and a €2B dividend through negative FCF. @BillAckman
2 - Warranty reserve reset implying FY22–24 earnings quality issues, four software recalls in ~a year, Europe as a multi-year drag, kitchen-sink may not be finished. @RealJimChanos
3 - 8,900 filing changes, IAS 36 impairments, IAS 37 warranty change-in-estimate, and a stock that already prices a failed turnaround. @michaeljburry
4 - Official BEV mandates stripped out, Ram 1500 BEV cancelled, “demand-led” ICE/hybrid/PHEV/BEV mix, Leapmotor shipments 4x — EV optionality without the old 2030 mandate. @elonmusk
5 - Direction better, gaps enormous. NA margin still ~700 bps behind GM; FCF still weak; tariffs €1.0–1.2B; next six months decide watch vs buy. @GeorgeGammon

Jas,
Chris Delaney has a point in that recording. On Native culture, he is also acknowledging survival as a real explanation for cultural patterns.
Romanticizing indigenous culture doesn't help either. Claims of a “special spiritual connection” to the land are not automatically credible. Look at recent history. The illegal dump on Cowichan Tribes reserve land is a useful example: youtube.com/watch?v=qPYuaR1n…
When someone has a genuine spiritual relationship with something, they treat it with care. You do not find washing machines, hot tubs, wrecked cars, and hoarded junk piled in front of a church, a mosque, a synagogue, or a temple in use by an active congregation. Whoever treats land as a dump cannot claim a sacred bond with it and still expect to be taken seriously.
The real tragedy for Indigenous people in B.C. is not only historical. It is happening now. It takes the form of a bloated bureaucracy that wraps itself in “kindness” and “compassion” while delivering poor results at extraordinary cost.
Here are the official numbers. Indigenous children make up about 68 percent of children in provincial care. In the 2025 B.C. Budget’s Table A7, on p. 144 the average children-in-care caseload is about 4,800. The average annual residential cost per child in care is:
$167,157 in 2024/25
$210,790 in 2025/26
$221,302 in 2026/27
$227,079 in 2027/28
That is $577 a day this budget year, and more than $600 a day in the years after that. At that level of spending, you could put an Indigenous child-in-care in a luxury resort year-round.
Community Living B.C., a BC crown corporation that provides services to handicaped people, by comparison, spends on the order of $58,000 a year on average per person it supports. No serious person believes Indigenous children in care actually receive $600 a day in services that improve their lives. The money is being absorbed by the system.
That is what the Reconciliation industry protects. The “215” story functions as a political shield. It keeps attention fixed on a simplified past so that no one looks too closely at present-day incentives. The main abuse today is not some mass of hostile “white people.” It is institutional: agencies, programs, and budgets that grow by defining Indigenous people as permanently damaged clients.
There is a basic rule here. The fastest way to ruin a person who is not yet ready to make sound, forward-looking decisions is to hand him unlimited cash and freebies. The same rule applies to groups and cultures.
If anyone is serious about raising living standards for Indigenous people in B.C., the path is not more sacred language and more unaccountable spending. It is transparency, measurable results, and a vision that treats people as capable of a future rather than as a permanent industry. @Johnkoury @KerryLynneFindl @thefindlayfiles @Dallas_Brodie @DreaHumphrey
Lastly, the NDP plays an important part in this level of graft, but it did not initiate it, it inherited it from the BC Liberals and simple made it worse.
The MLAs that recently resigned from the BC Conservative Caucus are all directly or indirectly conneted to the BC Liberals. They are resigning because they have to protect the origins of the fiscal shitshow that they originated and passed on the NDP.
What's happening to the BC Conservatives is not a vote of non-confidence in @KerryLynneFindl but a purge and an attempt to protect a very corrupt past and present.

"The removal of the carbon neutrality roadmap from the overview does not eliminate the external regulatory obligations that survive independently (EU CO2 standards, CARB mandates in California-adopting states). What it eliminates is the self-imposed commitment to exceed regulatory minimums through voluntary capex. From a pure capital allocation standpoint, this is a positive change. The company will still meet regulatory floors; it will no longer invest beyond what regulation requires."
Stellantis is going back to sound econmics: demand-driven products. @elonmusk
Redline Research on Stellantis:
"Dare Forward 2030 [the green agenda] has been completely dismantled. The section heading formerly titled “Dare Forward 2030 strategic plan” has been replaced with “Updates to Current Strategic Plan.” All specific BEV targets (100% Europe / 50% U.S. by 2030), revenue and margin targets, and carbon neutrality timelines have been removed. No replacement strategy exists until May 2026. A company of Stellantis’s size ($130B+ revenue) operating without a disclosed strategic plan for 12+ months is highly unusual."
"Non-recurring charges of €20B+ were disclosed in a single year. Platform asset impairments (€6.6B), product plan realignment costs (€9.1B), battery supply chain exits (€2.1B), hydrogen fuel cell write-down (€1.1B), warranty provision change in estimate (€4.13B–€5.3B), and additional Takata recall provisions (€622M) account for the bulk of the €22.3B net loss. The scale and breadth are consistent with deliberate kitchen-sink disclosure by new management."
"Capital reallocation is genuine and value-positive, but expensive. The exits from ACC battery manufacturing (€2.1B charge), Symbio hydrogen (€1.1B), Ram 1500 BEV program, and the removal of the Stellantis Ventures fund represent a decisive reversal of capital misallocation. The sunk costs are real and painful. The benefit — elimination of future non-economic capex commitments — accrues over the 2026–2030 horizon. This is the most durable positive in the entire filing."

Section 4 of BC’s Health Care (Consent) and Care Facility (Admission) Act, R.S.B.C. 1996, c. 181, states that every capable adult has the right to give or refuse consent to healthcare on any grounds — and that this right must be respected, even if the refusal will result in the person’s death.

In this Substack post (part 9 of the political discrimination series on the COVID vaccine), I briefly turn to Fauci’s diary.
freedomandinvesting.substack…
On Thanksgiving Day 2021, Stéphane Bancel, CEO of Moderna, alerted Jeff Zients, then White House COVID-19 Response Coordinator. Zients immediately forwarded the message to Fauci: the new South African variant (B.1.1.529, later named Omicron) carried more than 30 spike mutations, including 10 in the receptor-binding domain — mutations that “would predict an escape from immune protection.”
Fauci’s reaction was urgent. He scrambled through a series of calls with Larry Corey, John Mascola, and others, and repeatedly tried to reach CDC Director Rochelle Walensky. At one point he noted a communications glitch and wrote, “We will fix this.”
The larger question is worth pausing on: what, exactly, did Fauci believe was broken the moment Omicron appeared?
