Listen. The only sense not completely satisfied by GTD films is smell. If you told me he invented smell-o-vision, I'd have his films on loop for the rest of my life.

I have seen evidence that many MAGA influencers are being directly told to tweet:
* Paxton is winning
* Claims that black voters are staying home
* Republican turn out is leading
It’s all part of their effort for Big Lie 2.0 to try and get MAGA nuts to block certification when they lose.
They’ll claim it’s “impossible” because “we all saw the turn out” and it “magically changed”
Replying to @Dennis_Porter_
To be fair, they won’t accept the results if Talarico wins, so I can’t help but assume that is part of the “there’s zero chance Paxton loses” narrative. In their mind, Paxton has already won and any other outcome is fake news.
It’s frighteningly fascinating to observe.

BREAKING: The average cost of a family’s annual health insurance premium in the US is up +$1,303 YoY, or +5%, to a record $28,303.
This marks the 4th consecutive annual increase of at least +$1,300.
Over this period, the average annual premium for family coverage has surged +$5,884, or +26%.
To put this into perspective, CPI inflation has risen +13% over the same period, or half as much.
Since 1999, the average health insurance premium for a family has soared +$22,494, or +387%.
This represents an average annual growth rate of +6.1%, well above CPI inflation at +2.6% over the same period.
Health insurance has never been more expensive.

A beautifully written and researched obituary about the Cohen Brothers’ storyboard artist. A great dedication to this art that is being devastated by AI thievery.

The election interference is finally real.
Get this: In Hudson County, voting machine screens show two Column A's but no Column B. Democrats are on Column B. This only affects Spanish-language screens.

"Underage girls testing positive for pregnancy at detention centers."
Let me fix that for you.
“ICE officers are raping little girls in detention centers.”
There you go.
This evening while cleaning up the kitchen I dropped the blender base on my big toe. 3 hours later, it hurts as much as it did when it happened. I'm solo parenting through Sat night, have work and swim of class... This is not good.

The GRU hacked into Jared Kushner's iPhone. Dutch military intelligence (MIVD) then recruited a GRU spy who gave them access to the hacked phone. What MIVD discovered was that Kushner had access to two bank accounts --one Azerbaijani, the other Israeli --where Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman and Emirati ruler Mohammed bin Zayed deposited money. It sounds like a slightly far-fetched episode of "Slow Horses," but it's real. And it proves just how eye-poppingly corrupt this administration was and continues to be as its "special envoy" decides the fate of tens of millions in Europe in the Middle East. Simply incredible reporting by Matthew Cole, drawn from his new book on Kushner. vanityfair.com/story/jared-k…
*sighs remembering about when I wrote this into the Bible of a show I never got the pitch because my agent thought it was too farfetched and refused to set meetings*
SCOOP: Major U.S. banks are detecting unauthorized third-party AI agents inside customer accounts, including some attempting to take actions that appear to be independent of user instructions, sources told Axios.
The findings have alarmed banking executives, who are racing to restrict access to their systems as AI moves at a velocity faster than financial institutions can respond, multiple industry and bank executives told Axios.
Several banks are now preparing for worst-case and even “day after” scenarios, including how to rapidly secure or restore customer accounts if things go wrong, the people said.
Several bank executives told Axios they're struggling to distinguish between human users and AI agents. One executive said banks also struggle to determine whether agents are authorized by customers or potentially operating without their permission, more akin to rogue agent behavior.

Reminder for anyone worrying about this: armed agents at the polls is a crime, not a gray area. The law doesn’t care what uniform they’re wearing.
If you see it, write down where and when, take a photo if it’s safe, and call 866-OUR-VOTE.

i think the government should have to explain to children why a billionaire can receive public subsidies to build a data center while their elementary school needs them to sell chocolate bars
First man I ever dated in college told his friends he thought I was "fast" Because I a) expressed interest, b) didn't play hard to get, c) was straight up about everything. No games. The thing every guy supposedly wants, right?
Dropped him immediately.

Elon Musk has finally met the requirements and provided the list of shareholders of "X Holding Corp" who helped the billionaire buy Twitter. And who do you think turned out to be investors in the X platform, besides Islamists and the Trump lobby? That's right, Petr Aven and Vadim Moshkovich. Now it's absolutely obvious where Musk's love for Russia comes from and where the "filters" for anti-Russian publications grow from. Let me remind you who Aven and Moshkovich are.
Oh shiiiiit you know things are bad when these arch enemies actually get together.
Hollywood talent agencies CAA, UTA and WME have teamed up to create the American Entertainment Alliance.
The organization wants U.S. legislation to force streamers like Netflix, Prime Video, HBO Max and Disney+ to spend at least 50% of their budgets on independent productions.

Netflix programming fell off a cliff. I haven't watched in over a year. We keep it because my in-laws like to watch the Chinese and K dramas. We spend 90% of our time on HBO and Paramount, with Disney getting the most use because of the kids.
