I can not tell you how many people I talk to every week who want to go from fat and unhealthy --> ripped and in the best shape of their life within a matter of weeks. They start working out, watching their eating, taking every supplement, going to the sauna - all at the same time - only to crash out a few weeks later.
That is why I built Revly, get the basics down like sleep and walking down then layer in 1 additional change at a time. That is how you take control of your health - for life, not just for a week.

It’s pretty epic that Austin built so much new housing in the last few years and rents dropped so much the city didn’t even make this list.
Incredible place to live and build
San Francisco rent growth is on another planet compared to the rest of the country
Two bedroom apartment rents hit $5700 a month, up 22.6% in a year

We can finally say AI isn't killing jobs.
A new paper from me, @tryramp, and @RevelioLabs uses firm-level spend and workforce data across 21K U.S. businesses to measure AI's impact on jobs.
Firms that adopt AI heavily grow headcount 10% over two years following adoption. Low adopters see no statistically significant change.

Austin brainwashing with tech rankings. @dealroomco has Austin as the 6th global ecosystem.
Up 2 spots, over Tel Aviv, Paris, Beijing & 316 others.
Top 5 still lead on $$, unicorns, & founders...today

Family friendly Austin brainwashing. Went to a 25 anniversary showing of Spy Kids that included a talk by @Rodriguez and a performance by the Rodriguez Family Spy Band.
