@NCT_Buses whatās happening with the Brown Line at Forest Gate?
Iāve been waiting since 15:35 for a bus to City Hospital (appointment at 4pm) and not a single Brown bus has gone past. If Iād known the service was going to be like this, I would have driven.
Iāve just had a phone call with a doctor at City Hospital & have now been told Iāve missed my appointment because no bus has arrived. This has put me in a really difficult position and makes it look as though I havenāt managed my time properly, when Iāve been waiting since 15:35
Iām now 15 minutes from home and may have to get an Uber to avoid missing my appointment. This is really disappointing service. Please can you advise and arrange a refund for my ticket, and confirm how I can claim compensation for the additional travel cost?
@RoyalMail Iāve just posted 16 tracked letters in the postbox at Gedling Grove, Nottingham & noticed it doesnāt have a collection card displayed, Iām now concerned it might have been decommissioned. Could you please confirm whether this box is still in use?
also, if it is in use, Iād also recommend widening the slot l, as C4 envelopes do not fit through it

Only @HMRCgovuk could create an app that requires you to authenticate yourself, but you can't access it because you're not authenticated via that same app!! š¤¦āāļø #ironic #HMRC #appfail
