We know that some people may be out and about having a drink whilst celebrating bonfire season.
With high tides and recent rain, riverbanks and edges can be very slippery and dangerous.
➡️ Stay with your mates and stay safe.

📢 Today, on the day of Lewes Bonfire, trains will not call at Lewes, Falmer, Southease, Glynde & Cooksbridge after 17:00.
We’ve been asked to do this by the emergency services & other agencies who are concerned about the very real risks of overcrowding and safety in the narrow streets of Lewes.

The UK’s old analogue landlines are being replaced with a digital network.
Services like home phones, fall alarms and healthcare devices will be switched over.
Your telecoms provider, such as BT, should contact you before the switchover to make sure your service isn’t affected.
