I was at a Showcase Tournament this past weekend. Pic on the left is a team with 2 players I work with. Pic on the right is 12 D1 scouts. There were 8 courts all with scouts looking for that Alpha player. The kid wearing 23 with the pink colored shoes was one of those players.

Smartest Client I've eve worked with is in this photo. He was a physicist who worked at the CERN collider studying particle explosions.
