What shall I buy my acting friend or family member for Christmas, I hear you cry. What about this book written by me and the fabulously talented @lettybutler. It’s frank and funny, with plenty to keep you motivated inside. #ShamelessPromotion #GotToFeedTheKidsSomehow
ALT A table of acting inspired books. Centre is placed The Jobbing Actor, A Coaching Programme for Actors. It is a green cover with a lightbulb in the centre, filled with the title.
Who’s hitting the #edfringe this year? Well go & see the pick of the bunch @BenTarget in LORENZO @Summerhallery for gods sake. If it’s good enough for a double page spread in The Times Scotland (which it is), it’s good enough for you. 👇🏻👇🏻👇🏻 – at Sheffield, England
🗣️ I had a lovely chat with Ashley Davies for The Times Scotland about my upcoming show LORENZO.
🤩 Look out for it today and also come and see it at the Edinburgh Festival Fringe from 2nd August.

I've somehow managed to wangle three mini-yarns into the last ever @RetreatWest anthology, Swan Song, which launches this week. It's a bloody brilliant collection so why not treat yourself to a copy? Stave off the Mondayitis? 👇👇👇

I won a @NewWritingNorth Northern Promise Award last night & am still doing the fandango. I’ve been hoping to land on for 5 years now, so this really does mean the 🌍🤩 #NorthernWritersAwards – at Byker, England
The first Northern Promise TLC Award goes to @lettybutler. "I'm thrilled to bits! There's no better feeling than knowing your words have resonated with someone. It makes all that frantic scribbling at 4am feel worthwhile." #NorthernWritersAwards
Jaw on Floor 🤯
I haven't really got the words to describe how much winning this means to me. Sarah Hall is one of my idols & it's a whopping honour to be part of such a stellar list of fellow writers. Huge congrats to all. 🎈
