"Culture beats talent if your culture is really strong.
Culture is organic.
It is not a sign up in your building.
It's not a t-shirt you wear.
It's not breaking the team down and saying 'Culture on 3'.
Who you are some of the time is who you are all of the time."
LETTNATION, yes we do! Go Marquise Goodwin, keep representing Rowlett and the GISD Effect! @ma_15345346725 @MorgannnGoodwin @gisd_athletics @RHS_Eagles @Lettfootball @LETTNATION
