Florida’s Sheriffs associations came out against Amendment 3 because it would cut their funding.
Republicans led by Ron DeSantis took BILLIONS out of police budgets in Florida, the last remaining state of any size with Republicans in charge, despite a purple electorate.
The next time someone tries to fear monger that Democrats will defund the police just point them to Florida, Republicans and Ron DeSantis as the new leaders in that movement.
