Time for @NBCSports to release a statement about how their TV clock was off from the official game clock. They’re responsible for creating this hysteria. If their clock was accurate the way it is in basketball, ppl would have plausibly see why the second Hail Mary was granted.

Noticed this live on the NBC clock...It was out of sync The officials said to put 9 seconds on the clock. Not 8 1/3. The NBC clock missed 2/3 of a second which caused the confusion.

Johnny Manziel made an interesting comment about Matt Patricia, he basically said that he’s used to preparing for guys like Aaron Rodgers and Drew Brees so he’s probably chomping at the bit watching young college QB’s tape. Says it’s probably fairly easy for him to make them uncomfortable.

Both of these players were called for targeting. Both teams appealed to have the first half suspension overturned for the next game. Only one of them was granted. Guess which one the NCAA said was legal and which was illegal.
