Explain how the criminal barrister is wrong…..

I spoke to a criminal barrister and he said your all wrong. The jury provides a verdict and the judge has to enter it as a conviction during sentencing which has not happened yet and is unlikely to happen now due to the immunity ruling “. so I think you’re all wrong.

I guess the judge isn’t interested in the court papers………..
