Seeing students years after the classroom and now working in the community come up and openly share their stories has a way of providing a sense of accomplishment.
Making sure my drivers get their protein this morning before their morning route! I appreciate what they do for my students daily!
Out early making sure the buses are warm for my drivers in thanks for what they do everyday. Please make sure you take time to thank bus drivers for what they do and show your gratitude!
I absolutely love the CCS EC Team… and if I’m honest, I have to say that I miss working alongside many of them!
Support is NOT getting people through tough situations, rather support should be planning ahead to ensure people have a plan to execute if tough situations arise.
Stop being a reactive leader and become more proactive in our strategic leadership approaches.
Growth never stops!

The band is back together! The first time we introduced ourselves to school administration, now we’ve all decided to consider the next step! Super excited to continue our leadership journey together!
This isn’t about me, it’s about them and the way they choose to love on everyone, everyday, every opportunity they get! Love the way Ponderosa always finds creative ways to show love!
Today proved that when you are able to brainstorm together, better outcomes are considered for implementation! Huge thank you to Mrs. Hagans and Mrs. Flynn for helping us today at Ponderosa. We all share a desire to make EC better for students!

Starting my morning off singing 🎶 Happy Birthday 🎉 to one of my former teachers who has went back home to South Africa 🇿🇦!
Miss Ms. M dearly!
I’ve always prided myself on being an example to a watching world, recognizing how impressionable students are. I’ve always lead with love and diligence while remaining steadfast on being myself.
Year 17 will be even more special with this set of eyes around campus!
We are back at it! We both started our respective roles at the same time and learned so much together! We love our community and look forward to another great school year!
@Elan_Robinson and @tianathompson77 it was such a pleasure seeing you all grow in your capacities as Assistant Principals. I know you both will do great as building leaders!
