Last night I woke at 3.30am, being attacked by some very nasty demons, & haven’t slept since! Nighttime is when the demons come out, & when Alfie watches over me. I have found #PTSD to be a vicious enemy so sleep now my precious boy. Tonight is another night. 🙏💤

Thankfully for me Alfie is always there so I never underestimate the dedication & focused intelligence displayed by service dogs 24/7/365. Never doubt how debilitating clinically diagnosed PTSD and it’s even more dreadful C-PTSD really is. The eyes say everything. #Dogs

Without our service dogs, life would be very different. Anyone with a service dog understands that. Gone are the days of carefree travel & striving for success only to be replaced by a constant striving for safety & survival. My bond with Alfie makes the nightmares survivable. #PTSD

There is never an excuse for #AnimalAbuse & breeders who force dogs to breed so they can increase profits should be ashamed of themselves. There are plenty of puppies & older dogs desperate for homes so please rescue one if you can.

I am determined to do that at some point soon but am unable to visit at this moment due to personal circumstances. Changing the lives of dogs, & other animals who are trapped in cages where torture & pain is a constant threat, is totally unacceptable. Dogs may not be able to speak for themselves, but if they could they would be screaming from the rooftops for humans to stop injecting them with toxic substances, & cutting their little bodies in places where only fur should grow so that a new fragrance can be developed. There is absolutely no excuse for #AnimalAbuse EVER! @PeterEgan6 @rickygervais work hard to raise awareness. Something we should all do until someone starts listening.

I will never vote for a political party which condones animal experiments. Considering we now live in a world where driverless cars & exploration of the solar system is possible surely we can come up with a way to conduct experiments without resorting to what many consider animal abuse.

If found guilty they should go straight to jail. There is never an excuse for #AnimalAbuse

In my opinion prisoners should ALL have to serve the full sentence they are given, with extra time given for bad behaviour rather than time taken off the sentence for not being continually ‘naughty’ inside. If they can’t do the time then don’t commit the crime. Simple really.

If any prisoner is allowed early release it should specifically EXCLUDE any and ALL violent offenders. Anything other is an absolute affront to the victims and society itself. Don’t like the time then don’t commit the damned crime. Shame common sense isn’t that common.
