This Saturday, Oct 24, is National Rx Takeback Day. You can safely dispose of those old, unused, or expired prescription medications that are cluttering up your medicine cabinet.
We will have a drive-thru lane set up in the front parking lot of the Lenexa Justice Center for your convenience. We can accept pills, patches, and medical sharps such as needles.
Don't let these medications fall into the wrong hands or potentially be abused by others.

The text advises to check credentials, get at least three bids, ask for references, establish strong communication, perform quality checks, and never pay in full upfront. Twenty-five years later, we remember the nearly 3,000 lives lost in the terrorist attacks of September 11, 2001, and the families and loved ones forever changed by that day.
We remain especially grateful for the courage and sacrifice of the first responders who ran toward danger in service to others, including those who gave their lives that day and those whose lives were shortened by illnesses in the years that followed.

⚽️ Looking for World Cup tickets? Watch out for scams.
Scammers are using fake websites, hacked accounts, and “too good to be true” deals to target fans.
Before you buy:
✅ Use official ticket sources
✅ Verify sellers
❌ Don’t pay with gift cards, wire transfers, or crypto
If a deal seems too good to be true, or the seller is pressuring you to buy, it's probably a scam.
