Thanks for stopping by our Kalamazoo, MI facility @RepHuizenga! The Congressman met w/ #UPSers, joined our drivers for a prework meeting & discussed road infrastructure plans for the state. He acknowledged the essential work done by UPSers not only during COVID-19 but every day.

God's kingdom doesn't work like the world. Jesus said the real heroes are the servants, the ones who take cuts to the back of the line. He said our impact isn't measured by our accolades but by the sacrifices we make.

We are ready for takeoff with our newest #sustainable aircraft!🚁 Our electric vertical takeoff & landing aircraft (eVTOL) will be joining our fleet of more than 12,000 #altfuel vehicles. With zero operating emissions, eVTOL is taking to the skies and showing #HowBrownDoesGreen.

As a leader your job is to serve, not be served. Your team needs to know you care. Serve their heart. Your team needs to improve. Serve their talent. Your team struggles with doubt. Serve their mind and spirit. Your team has potential. Serve their growth.

UNITY is not UNIFORMITY. it’s corporate HUMILITY. it’s CELEBRATING THE DIFFERENCES THAT DIVIDE CULTURE. why? our DIVERSITY is an expression of God’s CREATIVITY. miss the message this weekend? I cast our multicultural vision of becoming a BELOVED COMMUNITY. vimeo.com/511398043

What does it mean for Christians to “love our neighbor?” A thread. @AndyStanley often says, “Love for God is best illustrated, demonstrated, and authenticated by love for others who are nothing like you and who may not even like you.” I bristled the first time I heard that. 1/

Better does not mean easier. Most things in life require hard work. Better means focusing on the right work, putting the team above the individual, and removing obstacles.
