Well said Bad takes are unavoidable - too many reactions are emotional and not rooted in rationality. It is fine. The one thing I do not agree with in your post is that Azuki has totally lost its soul. I don’t think it has. Perhaps because I am rather an optimist irl. Let me try to say more. If we put the loud and irrational arguments and bad takes aside, the argument at stake really boils down to: On one side the team saying we need a sustainable business model for the company and the TCG will bring it by securing revenues. Manga caters to the IP and will lead to anime. And everything else is a distraction hence zero resources should be allocated to anything else. And on the other side many rational holders who are not disagreeing with the first part of the Chiru view (the sustainable business model to build) but are seeing the latter part (the 100 / 0 focus, attention and resources split) as a big historical mistake. The reason being it misses a big opportunity, as we are seeing a convergence or closeness in action between the digital art space and OG pfp collections (as opposed to being divided as was the case in previous years). This means there is a huge opportunity for the IP to secure a historical cultural place within the digital art renaissance movement. Which would be massively accretive to the IP. Azuki has a world class artist and an unequalled depth of collection. It has a space leading collector profile. It has everything to be fully embracing that opportunity. But the team either does not see it or decided to ignore it. This is the major mistake in my view. And - it takes little resources to address it. We are not asking for parties in vegas or free stuff to be sent to your home. In fact, I would argue there was too much of this in the past (and my guess is the team would not disagree with that view). We are asking for the collecting experience of the digital IP to remain a primary concern rather than an annoying afterthought. As an example, a grail otc desk, if well run, for a collection like Azuki, can not only revive the collecting experience and help to attract new collectors but can also be net accretive to the treasury. Look across the alley. Other pfp collections have taken notice of the opportunity I described above. Let Azuki at least be an early follower and secure a higher and much. Ore significant place in historical culture. This will help push the value of the IP. It will ultimately help the other things and the main priorities of the team. It is not so much a question of cost as per above but rather a question of attention and leadership. I am hopeful. The team is extremely talented, hard working, and care about the IP as much as we do as holders. This is where the alignement and reconciliation of views takes place going forward. Or can take place, I should say. If actions are being taken - and not just setting up a sales bot (lol) - in a genuine way (ie not just to make go away these annoying holders) this reconciliation of views around increasing the value of the IP will take shape. This is why I am still optimistic

Gm I have been an @Azuki holder from mint day and supported the project publicly through thick and thin, high and lows. What I always appreciated was the energy and the conviction that the team cared about holders and that collecting was at the heart of the project, given the strong IP potential and the great depth of the collection thanks to the amazing talent of @steamboy33 Today, it pains me to say that the care for holders has evaporated and leadership has become tone deaf. The recurring reason given is priority is to TCG. But very basic stuff like maintaining a functioning sales bot on X is lacking which is shocking for such a collection. This is at a time where other collections led by BAYC have established OTC grail desks and are putting strong emphasis on collecting. This is also at a junction where the digital art space and pfp collections are coming together. But Azuki doesn’t seem to have any interest whatsoever in partaking in this. I am writing this on the same day I purchased one of the most iconic spirits (featuring in this post). I feel that calling this out publicly is the only way to get heard. Cheers
