Last night was my first on call shift for Royal Wolverhampton Trust loved it. 22 years ago, when I was Band 2 Medical records clerk at SWBH, I knew then that 1 day I would be the manager on call for a trust. Thanks, Louise Jones Kate Shaw. Amazing managers/ inspirational leaders
