After nearly 20 years… TRANSFORMERS ANIMATED SEASON 4 is finally happening, as an ONGOING INDIE COMIC BOOK SERIES. The show’s HEAD WRITER Marty Isenberg and LEAD TOY DESIGNER Eric Siebenaler feel ready to tell the story, and I am happily using my platform to give them the means.

The Nick Fury race debate is a dumb mess. It stems mostly from the fact that current fans have grown up with a version specifically tailored around Sam Jackson. An aging actor who couldn’t even run. As a result Fury was made permanently an elder statesman who stands in a room.
Theyre not doing the Defenders but this is the only arc I've read with Zodiac and it was really good, I'm interested

Twenty years ago this week, I sent the proposal for what would become the STAR WARS: KENOBI novel not to Random House, but to Dark Horse, as a graphic novel. Here's the actual pitch e-mail, which is quite a bit like the final version of the novel that came out seven years later!
In honor of today's ESSENTIAL LEGENDS COLLECTION edition cover release, here are some excerpts of that Oct. 5, 2006 message in which I pitched STAR WARS: KENOBI — not to @DelReyStarWars, but to @DarkHorseComics as a possible graphic novel!

This is reminding me that everyone must read these two books. They’re a duology, a pretty self contained story, and explore a vastly different view of the Force that I think so many people want Star Wars to explore. I beg you. They’re not that long!!!

in my opinion, it's pretty fitting that the guy whose childhood ended in an alley when he was eight years old — and who never fully grew up from that point onwards — is disgusted by murder and never wants to be in the shoes of his parents' killer.

Colourists knew the newsprint would dull down the colours and chose the hues accordingly. Modern reprints are recoloured from the ground up and intentionally forgo that process. The publishers know this, they just want over-saturation. It’s not paper stock.
