Exploring the geo-biodiversity community acronyms and their relationships with Chat GPT.
The process is this “search TDWG and bring back any acronyms you find and represent this in a tabular form with a description” repeat with new acronyms…
Repeat, repeat, then creat a relationship matrix for the acronyms
Next step is have it translate it to a graph db for visualisation.
Interesting progress, compiled an acronym list, created a comparison matrix, asked ChatGPT to write vizualisation code for graphviz and used devtoolsdaily.com to vizualise the relationaships and strenght.
Next step is validation and improving the visualisatons
