Had a great day visiting Lafayette this weekend. Always good to be back on College Hill. Brought back a lot of memories watching Andrew play from 2011–2014. He played his freshman year right alongside current Head Coach AJ Miller, earned the Paul E. Koch Award as the team’s Player of the Year in 2012, and was a captain his senior year. Cool to see a standout player and person like AJ leading the program now. Let’s go Pards! 🐆⚾#GoLeopards @LafayetteBsbl #LetsGoPards #CollegeHill

🥎 FOR THE ATHLETE HOPING THE PHONE RINGS TOMORROW…
Tomorrow is September 1st.
And I know for some of you, it feels like everything you’ve worked for has been leading up to this day.
But please remember this:
Your worth as an athlete is NOT determined by who calls you tomorrow.
If your phone rings — celebrate it. You’ve earned that moment.
If it doesn’t — keep going.
Your dream didn’t disappear overnight.
Your talent didn’t suddenly change.
And your opportunity to play college softball is NOT gone.
Recruiting happens at different speeds for every athlete.
Some doors will open tomorrow.
Others will open weeks or months from now.
And sometimes the door you’re waiting on isn’t nearly as incredible as the one you haven’t discovered yet.
Keep working.
Keep emailing.
Keep getting better.
Keep believing.
Because September 1st isn’t the day your future is decided.
It’s simply the beginning of the next chapter. 🥎
Your time will come. ❤️
