We have a system as to where we can look up account using the I.P address that was used to create these accounts.

Identity theft accounts are those that have the name, information or image of a person in which is not the real person.

Defamation accounts consist of any false or malicious information that can be harmful to a persons reputation.

We are also working to minimize the number of spam accounts.

We have been asked by @twitter to find, verify, destroy, and possibly bring legal charges against defamation and identity theft accounts.
