IT Helpdesk email/phone support will remain open over the Christmas & new year period via our out-of-hours team. In-hours IT Helpdesk support will close on Friday 17th of Dec at 17:00 and will re-open Tuesday 4th of Jan at 08.30.
Please note, the 24h Lab in the AKLC will be closed on Thursday 9th & Friday 10th September between 9am & 6pm. This is to allow for essential updates to be carried out. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause you. Other PC facilities can be found throughout the AKLC

The Library Foyer is now open for Click and Collect from 9.00-16:45 Monday - Friday. Please make sure you have reserved your books online first, and received an email to say it is waiting collection before you come in. lib.leedstrinity.ac.uk

The issues we were experiencing on Work-based Learning and the main Moodle site, have now been resolved.

We are currently experiencing some issues with the Main Moodle site and WBL Moodle Site, we are currently investigating and trying to resolve them. We will update with further information in due course.
Following maintenance work last week, the 24 hour IT room is now reopen. The number of spaces has been reduced to 8 to allow for greater distancing. Spaces in the 24 hour IT room must be booked online in advance. tinyurl.com/l1xejzaf

We would like to remind you that these study spaces are currently only available to WYP students when they are on campus for teaching, and for other students without suitable study facilities at home.

Please be aware of an issue affecting users when you access your Moodle site(s). It is being resolved as a matter of urgency but due to its nature your Moodle access may take up to 24 hours to return. You are advised to access Moodle again after 1200hrs tomorrow 3.2.21
