So for reasons I can't really talk about at the moment, I'm looking for someone to take over and run @LeedsJS. It's been pretty dormant over the past year because of life, but I'd love someone to take it over and keep it as a community run effort. DM me if you're interested.

I used to have a scheduled serverless function that'd rebuild the website and then a load of others scheduled for 15 minutes later run a load of other automated tasks. Now it just runs after the build.

I was part of the beta for Build Plugins and I migrated all the post-build stuff for sending emails and tweets for @LeedsJS over to it. They're so good!

100% this! I don't walk around the stage when I speak, but being able to step back or alongside my laptop as I speak, and use my hands to gesture is really freeing.

Hey first time speakers : ✨ Buy/borrow a slide clicker. ✨ Perhaps it seems like an unessesary expense, but it makes such a huge difference to feeling comfortable and relaxed while speaking. It also instantly makes you more engaging 💯

I deployed an instance of my cookieless, privacy-first analytics system for @LeedsJS and it's pretty interesting to see what pages get hits. Because there's no JS, I can't grab referrers, so I have no idea where the hits are coming from. I may reconsider...
