#England — Crystal Palace’s Holmesdale Fanatics group has announced that, after more than 20 years of activity, they have decided to stop all organised group activities inside the stadium.
Their reasons:
📌Increasing restrictions and pressure on football supporters
📌Extremely high ticket prices
📌Police pressure, arrests and legal proceedings faced by supporters
📌Away supporters being prevented from bringing banners and other materials into stadiums, as well as being stopped and detained
📌The increasing difficulty for younger supporters to become part of terrace culture
📌The fact that the conditions to sustain an active supporter culture in the Palace stands no longer exist
The group is one of the most organised ultras groups in England and has a clear anti-racist stance.
